Sessions with slow, simple and purposeful movement designed to gently limber up and stretch. Options provided to use support such as a chair - so sitting on the floor is optional! An excellent way to keep moving if you are stiff, need a bit of support, recovering from illness or injury, or taking a break from sitting at a computer! Make sure you have a yoga mat, a pillow or bloc and optionally, a chair, a yoga straps or tie and your imagination!
